Thank you for your interest in planning an event at Calvary.  To start the process, please fill out the Event Proposal Sheet (6-8 weeks prior to your anticipated event date) and drop off in the box outside the church office OR email your scanned document to

Once you have received approval for your event please proceed with the Event Planning Sheet (at least 4-6 weeks prior to the event date).
